A Guide to the Food Addiction Reset Community formerly known as the Intensive Dr Joan Ifland ARC program edition by Julie Bennett Cookbooks Food Wine eBooks Reviews
This is an excellent book.Takes the mystery out of a meal plan and presents it in an easy formula and easily readable. The group that the book represents provides a meal plan that encompasses snacks if one has cravings. Sugar Flour etc are the enemies of weight loss and there is a detox period to have the enemies expunged from ones system. The book has favorable links to handouts and other materials. Excellent reading and should be on ones saved list.
An addendum should be provided for quantities as it relates to men is the only drawback unless I missed something.
This book is just what I needed to find help with my food addiction period and ways to prepare Foods and the support of this group
What exactly are you selling here with this book? I see meals ,yet it's mostly about the Intensive. What are the statistics with the Intensive? Are people who are having a hard time with food addiction actually losing weight? Perhaps it isn't all it's cracked up to be? Buyer beware. When you have the stats on the results of recovery, perhaps then you can write about it. You can do all the research till the cows come home! People in today's world want results. For that reason I give it 1 star.
Very well written
Amazing guide.Takes all.thr guesswork out. I printed out some pages I need to always have in my bag.

Easy to read, full of encouragement and instruction for grabbing a hold of a healthy less food addicted brain and life! If you want to stop endless food thoughts and pacing to/from frig or spending $30 for a $1.00 candy bar - this book is for you. There will be weight loss but the BRAIN quits racing about food first. Personal and warm, Ms Bennett has brought Dr Joan Ifland's program to life. AND wonderful easy, fast recipes. Wonderful.
